Terms of Service
Last updated: April 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Viveed ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Viveed is a browser-based application that allows you to record your screen or camera with audio. Recordings can be saved locally to your device or uploaded to your personal Google Drive account. Recordings are limited to a maximum duration of 10 minutes for the free tier.
3. Accounts
To use certain features (e.g., saving to Google Drive, sharing videos), you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Record, upload, or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
- Infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use automated systems or bots to access the Service without prior permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.
5. Your Content
You retain full ownership of any recordings you create. Viveed does not claim any rights to your content. Recordings uploaded to Google Drive are stored in your account and governed by Google's terms.
You are solely responsible for the content you record and share. By sharing a recording via a public link, you acknowledge that anyone with the link may view it.
6. Google API Usage
The Service uses the Google Drive API to upload and manage data on your behalf. By using this feature, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service. You may revoke Viveed's access at any time via your Google Account permissions.
7. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viveed and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of recordings, or unauthorized access to your account.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact the developer.
